On my '14 Q with MMI when i ask it to dial a number by the person's name it brings up the number on the screen and then asks me if I would like to dial the number, I say yes and it dials for me.
My question is there a way to not have it ask me if I want to dial the number as I have already asked? And just dial the number. Seems like an unnecessary step.

It is infinitely preferable to the Mercedes system that doesn't comprehend English and occasionally dials the correct number. My old Ml 55 AMG would simply respond calling XYZ or ZX even though I asked it to call YZX...very irritating. I solved it using the "one potato two potato" technique.
