Red face MMI Questions (new 2016 RS7)

Here are the questions I just sent to the dealer about my new RS7. If anyone has any thoughts on any of these, it would be most appreciated.

1. The owner’s manual for the MMI appears to refer to a slightly earlier version of the software. There’s supposed to be an electronic copy of the manual that you can bring up on the MMI display. It is not loaded in my car. Whether in the car or not, how can I get a more up to date manual?

2. Is there any way to prevent the dashboard display from automatically switching to map when you activate navigation? It creates a redundant display as the MMI is in navigation mode.

3. When using “online destinations” through my.audi.com, the MMI makes you enter the pin number every time. Makes the feature rather useless.

4. Is there a way to have the backup camera guide lines default to “cross parking” rather than “parallel parking” mode?

5. The manual refers to a “graphic” option for the back-up camera. This does not appear to be correct.

6. The navigation system offers an option called “route memory.” This is not described in the manual — what does it do?

I'm subscribed, I have the same questions. Bug upgrade from the MMI in my R8, but seems a bit out of sorts still.
