Which Amber turn signals are you referring to?

-all should be brighter or as bright as OEM during the DAY which is hard to do because amber LEDs are not normally that bright to begin with and many people who purchase other models find that they are not as bright as OEM and contact us for help.

But at night our LEDs will be a lot brighter than OEM and they have an instant on/off quick lightup time which creates a faster reaction time for other drivers which is safer and it looks better overall with this feature.

We again appreciate your honest feedback here, thank you

Here is side by side with PHY24W which is using the same setup as the pwy24w, it really should be brighter in all aspects:
-amount of light that shines in housing
-amount of light produced
-amount of light on road and what others will see

The LED is actually slightly dimmer than the OEM incandescent. Both LEDs are the same brightness, so it's not one faulty LED. I double confirmed both LEDs are installed properly. Here's a video (it was hard to focus in the dark) with the LED on the right.

Edit: replace crappy video with something better

The base is different, what year is your car?

It could be the housing itself causing the issue, we recently seen this in the MK7 GTI, the 2015/16 models our LEDS WERE A LOT brighter, but now then 2016.5 - 2017 models our amber LEDs are not brighter but the same as incandescent- we confirmed VW used different reflector/housing in these models and currently working on a new model.

If you contact Support@deAutoLED.com they can set you up with a different pwy24w bulb to try out in that housing to see if it helps.

In the video, are you able to show more of ground further away to see how the spread of these look and head-on?

Thank you

Yeah, sorry for the crappy video. I wanted to give you timely feedback because you've responded promptly to my posts as well. I will see if I can get better video over the weekend.

I have a 2014 S4.

It has to be the car housing - we hate to blame it but you can see in this video how bright these really are - now this is the SAME model you have pwy24w in the CC:

Oh I don't doubt it I don't think it's a safety issue as they're just about as bright as the OEM bulbs. I'll sit tight until you have the new production ready. Thanks!
