When do coil packs require replacement? What are symptoms that coil packs are due for replacement?

Typically you replace them as needed. Symptoms of a bad coil packs failing are misfires and usually a check engine light.

As far as an interval of when you should change them check your owners manual. Usually they list what is replaced for the major services. I'd imagine its somewhere between 80k-100k. But don't quote me on that.

Do you already know when there will be another sale for the stage 2 or stage 3 brake kit? I think I am going to need bigger brakes soon.

Over the last few years typically the only sale we have is the holiday sale. So unfortunately you'll have to wait until next year to get the savings on brake kits.
