On what position do you leave light switch
'" off " or ," automatic " when starting my car in my garage, if I had light switch in "off" the gauges are to faint to be seen. if I leave switch in " auto" car head light come on. Is this normal?

Except the fog lights will not remember to come back on....I have to turn them on each time I start it.
I actually leave my lights in the "ON" position, because auto turns them off in the daytime. I always drive with them on....for safety.

Turning on the fog lights in auto, turns on headlights, which is handy for rainy days, since it resets and turns off, when ignition is turned off. No more leaving on lights accidently on rainy days.
