The letter the OP got from his dealer is, obviously, a template that they used for the B8 S4. Careless dealer forgot to update it for the B9 S4 which has 354 hp. Attention to detail, big fail!

I'm sorry it wasn't so obvious to me. I'm an audi convert coming over from the other Bavarian auto maker. I haven't learned enough to spot those subtle things that seem so obvious to you all. LOL
