Anyone have the part number for the brake booster check valve?

My JB Weld epoxy gave up on me this morning to my surprise. It held up fine for about 5k miles. I'd like to fix this for good. Is there a better solution than OEM replacement? I'm assuming the hard lines are included with the part.

I don't think the check valve is available separate.
It appears that the whole assembly is the valve with the 3 hoses attached. I'd like to replace mine too at some point but I'm curious as to how the brake booster connection on the firewall comes off.

It just plugs into the rubber gromet on the firewall...
I removed it last time when I encased it in JB Weld.
I wonder if anyone here sells this part or if it is a dealer only item?

Answer to my own question inside...
I had a chance to pull the check valve out for repair. This will have to do until I can get the new part. I'm pretty sure it is all one piece to replace. Not sure which part number it is listed under so here are both that I found:
check valve: 078-133-753 A
hard lines: 078-133-701 P
Hope it helps someone in the future.

updated part# (from etka)
078 133 701 P was discontinued on 01/08/2003.
Replacement part# 078 133 701 AD
078 133 753 A = $21.65 USD
078 133 701 AD = $68.91 USD
Let us know what you find out when you replace it.

Thanks for the updated numbers!
I'll probably give the dealer a call this week. Not sure how soon I'll be replacing it though since I do not think it will fail on me again. This time I stripped some solid core copper wire and wrapped the valve similar to a champagne cork cage. Then I soldered the wire together in several places and finally covered it all in JB Weld. The epoxy should hold up pretty well and the wire is the fail safe.
When I talk to the dealer I'll update the thread. I wonder if they redesigned the part with the update? If not I might have more confidence in the one I repaired.
