a good turbo shop could do the work as both compressor and turbine
housings need clerancing to fit the new KO4 cartridges in (best way to do it).

to do it right gotta get ko4 cartridges 500$/piece + the work to be fitted in.. if you do the work yourself and need a cheap , more reliable option this would work well.
they are more reliable than just ko3-s bc they use the rotating assembly from the ko4-s and if they are used in a stg1-2 they will last much better than ko3-s bc they will be more efficient, will not have to spin as fast as ko3-s to sustain the requested boost (bigger comp wheel).

Correct. Your looking more like 2200 vs 1500....
and if you arent doing the install yourself. 20-24 hours of labor.
Spending an extra 500-700 bucks to do it right...and do it onces will be very worth it in the end.
