do i need to gap? if yes, to what?

Default The F5DP0R Platins are sidefire and pregapped to 0.6mm. I would check the gap but its not
recommended to adjust it.

Default do not mess with them , they are NOT even "gappable" ..pretty sure they are the f5dp0r-s

..'cause i didn't have a clue how to gap those if i needed to

On a Stage 3 car I wouldn't run platinum plugs longer than 20k. Copper I change every 5-10k.
