Yesterday afternoon I was heading home in the S4 when I see this yellow Evo coming up behind me. When he comes up behind I see it is being driven by a mature guy in his 50's, the car has an exhaust and wheels. We were traveling down strip mall hell and both behaving ourselves. After a number of traffic lights I see the entrance ramp for the Merrit Parkway put on my blinker and he falls in behind me and I get on the entrance and decide to see if he will play. As we merge onto the Merrit there are no cars in front of us for 1/2 mile or so I start winding out 2nd gear and he is totally sticking with me, he signals to go into the left lane and proceeds to pass me like I was standing still.....While my car is nothing special (APR Stage I V5)it is not exactly slow. I have no idea of what this guy had done to his car but holy cow he was definitely making a bunch of HP. We caught up with traffic (quite quickly I might add) and both behaved like good law abiding citizens and he gave me the thumbs up. Just a word of caution if anyone in the Stamford/Norwalk area of CT comes upon a yellow Evo with CA plates beware.

Just Stage I on the S4
But the Evo seemed to pull harder then a friend of mine SL65 AMG.....I mean three quarters the way through third gear the guy must have passed me doing 20-30MPH faster then I was going.....the thing was sick fast...and he was not an ***, once we got to traffic he was totally curtious and then gave me a thumbs up as I went for my exit.
