wow, i actually thought about calling you up for you Audi when i was shopping around. Small world.

The track is on leased land up until 2015 or something but at that time they have to return the land to its original form so about 1 million worth of demo removal etc. So the city said if you get out in 2010 we won't make you change the land back so saving him a couple mill. Plus the track looses money every year because of the Oval the roadcoarse has been booked solid and made money the last couple years but the oval sucks the track down.

The city wants this so more people go out and street race so the cops can make more money handing out tickets and impounding cars.
