Default I need help BAD! please read

I have a 2001 Audi s4 with about 204000 miles on it, when i bought the car i was told there was a transmission swap at 2000000 miles the new trans only has 104000 miles on it. It has a stage 2 VAST clutch and flywheel with only 9000 miles on it. I was driving it and all of sudden i went to down shift and the clutch hit the floor and i couldnt shift into gear. It was towed to a shop and they told me the clutch was blown. But i couldnt believe it. I had the car towed to my house i put it on jacks and noticed the front drives brake fluid line was broke and the brake fluid reservoir was empty. I fixed the line and tried to bleed the clutch but its still soft? any suggestions on what wrong with it? but then i put it back on the ground (off the jacks on 4 tires) and i start the car and pumped the clutch then tried to put it into gear and it just fell into gear no grind no tension no nothing. even without the clutch down it falls into gear and the car wont drive in any gear but i can hear it selecting gears when i shift. Any suggestions to that too? I have 2 really big problems and i really really need help!

Hard to say without seeing it. I'd replace the clutch. The pressure plate SACM could be all the way out. Same thing happened to me.

There is probably still air in the system as well. It'll take a lot of bleeding to get it all out. If it's a 2001.5 then you can use VAG to cycle the ABS unit to get air out of it as well.

Check your slave cylinder too, you may have poped out the piston, I just changed mine , is ur fluid level constant, or is it leaking, might wana look into stainless lines for breaks and clutch

You need to bleed several times to get the system working normally. You should start to feel a little more response from the clutch pedal after the second or third bleed, with full response in another bleed or two.

If that doesn't take care of it you need to inspect your slave cylinder and the lines carrying the fluid to the clutch. It sounds like you experience catastrophic failure of some portion of the power assisted clutch system.

Default somewhat fixed

so i realized i had a brake line that was cracked so that is where the air was getting in. stupid mistake, clutch is fixed but now the problem still is when the car is on and running i can shift into gear without pushing the clutch and theirs no grinding noise or tension and the car doesn't move when you hit the gas? any idea what that could be?

IM NOT GIVING UP ON MY S4!
