Marbles/bearing noise coming from top pully/belts at idle and low speed. Water pump?

Marbles/bearing noise coming from top pully/belts at idle and low speed. Water pump?
Had timing belt, etc done at 77k. Now at 128k. Its certainly noticeable especially when cold but won't make passers by turn heads (yet).
This thing safe to drive to my mechanic?
I had posted last week thinking it was some form of wheel bearing noise - turns out its definitely from the front of the engine.
