: 36 mos. now 60% (was 56%)
: 39 mos. now 59% (was 55%)
: 42 mos. now 57% (was 53%)

In the vernacular of the car-biz, the higher "fixed-value amount", the lower the payment...

Balloon payment contract are really just a lease in retail clothing, only the names of the contructs have been changed to protect the innocent. :-)
