RS4 Mesh possibilities for cheaper

Well a little while ago Lemieux(I think) posted up a plastic mesh website. I got a few samples of what I thought would be closest to RS4 Mesh. Got samples ET8900 and ET9000 in the mail today.
ET9000 is definetly the closest, but might be too small. Im going to paint the sample black tomorrow and throw it on the lower grill to see how it looks. Just FYI for anyone looking.
Here are some pics with a quarter for those wondering...

http://www.internetmesh.net/plastic_expanded.htm#search</a

RS4 mesh has thickness (depth) to it....doesn't it?
That's what makes it so hard to match perfectly. What you have pictured looks better than that expanded metal though...
