Default S4 control arms or A4 kit for less

ECS has a kit for A4 control arms. I'm considering placing an order for the A4 kit for our S4. As I understand it the only difference for S4 is the upper mount bushing diameter (S4 is smaller), correct?

If I put the A4 arms on the S4 I'm I going to notice? Or is it just a questions of VAG mojo?

Whats up with straight vs. curved?

Is there a link that tells all?

This is a late 2000

Thanks,

KYC

Be incredibly careful with the control arms, particularly on the 2000 models there are several versions. Get the wrong one and they will not work - this came down to the VIN number for me until I finally got the right ones. The two lower ones in particular come with several head types.

The curved are updated types and one assumes they have some improvements. I run the curved ones and have had no problems.
