Default what hose is connected to the y-pipe...

im not talkin about the one that is directly connected to it,(the one i plug when pressure testing) im talking about the hose right above that, connected to the firewall, i have a hole in that hose, seems like a vacuum hose

Default that would be the brake booster, and it's not connected to the y-pipe

it's connected to the accordian hose.

Default the hose is actually called a suction pump.

i know is not a pump but that is what they call it.

well it depends in where the hole is. could cause a boost leak and or a vacuum leak or both
