i too have the same paranoia. even before i placed my order, i had read $39K (base) in one magazine, $45K in another. when i went to the dealer, i talked to one salesperson and he also said $39K, but when i received an e-mail from another sales person at the same dealership, he said $45K!

depending on what i can sell my current car for, plus my savings, i'd also have to "cap it off" around $45K.
