Default Where the compression fitting slips over the rubber hose. .....

I didn't drive my car for a week while waiting for the hose to come in. Just too many HOT items (turbo, exhaust manifold and downpipe) underneath the GASOLINE leak.

Default Where to buy part

When you replaced your fuel line due to the malfunctioning fitting, where did you buy this part at?

I went to the Audi dealer and the told me I must buy the entire line from the rear of the car up to the engine while I was holding a small 1' section of fuel hose. My part mark that is broken was identical to yours (PN: VRT DE 8D0 201541AA).

Can I just walk in to the dealer and tell them to order the supply line, which is your part # 4B0 201 541 C.

Let me know what you think

I'm having the same issue with the dripping fuel right now on my A6. WECoyote-SuperGenius how did you clamp the fuel hose end nearest the firewall? I can't tell from your pic if it is a hose clamp or something else

In case you are still wondering, you can just give the parts dept. the part# 4BO 201 541 C. That will get you the short hose not the entire thing. I got mine today. They also gave me hose clamps that the threads are not cut completely through so they don't dig into the hose
