I ran the car through Edmunds.com and the price is good especially for a CPO.
Dealer Trade-in: $48,522
Dealer Retail: $55,274
You can try it with more details and your zip code.

Have you been to Palo Alto Audi lot, yet? Parking is very limited, one often needs to park way down the street and walk back a few blocks.

Damn. That used S6 is expensive. I saw a 2014 S6 with 30k for $45k in IL.
But yes. I'd get the S6 too. The A4 is a lovely car and powerful enough for a small family sedan. But the S6 is a sporty luxurious car and extremely fast too. As much as I love my A4, the S6 is a no brainer. Plus the mods you can do to the 4.0TT.
Edit - Just noticed that it's a fully loaded S6. Go for it with your eyes closed.

I've seen several S6's below 50k, but all were in major crashes. True Car shows this as a great price (It's Audi Certified). Anyone else seen 2014 S6's below 50k? I'd fly as far as Denver to get the right car. (I'm in San Francisco)

I'm kind of in the same boat with you - I'm deciding whether to go for a used 2016 Audi A6 3.0t or with a 2013-2014 Audi S6.
I just love the front design on the 2016+ models, but I love the S6's HP and overall drive...
Don't mean to hijack your thread, but can anyone give some input in terms of 2013 S6's tech & reliability vs. 2016 A6 models?
Good luck finding your car man!

I have a 2013 S6 I love however I recently had a 2017 A4 rental which actually was a very nice car.
Was faster than I thought it would be, power was very linear and the car drove nice. Wasn't my S6 but I actually thought power application was MUCH more linear with the A4 than my S.
Maybe it is just telling me it is time for a tune?
