Default 2016 Audi Lease Factors?

My car comes in next week and will be leased. Am wondering if anyone knows where to find the 2016 S6 Lease Factors? With the better exchange rate now I am hoping Audi has sweetened the lease deal a bit...

Tomorrow is d-day as my car is coming in. My sales rep is ultra cagey and has never gi ven me any lease calculations in writing.

So to be fully armed tomorrow to finalize my lease I think I need to know:

1. Lowest Money Factor Available from Audi on the 2016 S6 (no markup, excellent credit score). If I am reading and interpreting a thread on Edmunds correctly the Money Factor for a 36 month lease without markup may be .00037? Can anyone verify this?

2. Residual percentage used by Audi, rumour is they use 54%, can anyone verify this?

3. I believe that is all I need to know... to negotiate the lease, am I missing anything?

I hope everything works out to your liking. I've never leased a car and probably never will but I hope you get to drive home in the S6. I haven't driven a 535 but I'd love to hear a first hand account of it vs a S6.

Hi Neddy, thanks for all the updates, pics and videos of your new car and a belated congratulations. I will definitely be driving home in my new car tomorrow and will post about it when I can.

Because I own my own company and can expense the lease that works well for me from a tax standpoint. Audi leases suck compared to BMW leases and it is very tough to get information about them whereas it is public knowledge on BMW forums.

Thanks!

Money Factor .00125 till 4/01 and then the new rates come out
Residual for prem+ 36 mo 54% for 15k, prestige 36 mo 51% for 15k

Thanks so much!!!

So if residual is 54% for 15K miles theoretically it could be a point or two higher for 12K miles?

Thanks again and one more question:

Is the "Acquistion Fee" listed in the Audi Lease Form the same as the "Destination Charge" for the car? Or is the destination charge added to the MSRP and included in the "Agreed upon value of the Vehicle" in the Audi lease form?

I owe you a bottle of Napa Valley Wine!

The 925 destination fee is already in the MSRP of the car. There is a 695 acquisition charge that is separate and on the lease form.
