High pitch whistle sound at idle
I have a high pitch whistle at idle or coasting. goes away when I accelerate. I think it might be a breather valve (PCV). I tried to remove the oil filler cap while the engine was running but had too much suction. I turned off the car and removed the cap turned car back on and no whistle (engine ran a little rough). After running engine with out oil filler cap check engine light came on as might be expected. btw, I had the APR stage 1 tune done a week ago but really have not been getting on the car.

It's disturbing to see a face-lifter car (2016 on post #6 with this problem, especially at that low mileage indeed. Between that and the freaking turbos blowing up not long after that, definitely not a car to keep for more than 40K miles. I might keep it after warranty, but definitely not after 40K miles. It might take me 5 or 6 years to get there. And yes, there're a myriad of other crap that can go wrong as well on these cars. The problem for me is I HATE most new cars, with their stupid videogame interiors, including new Audis. No idea what I'd buy next. Maybe just a Camry or Avalon. Ha ha. And with a normally aspirated V6 for a change. Not a fan of the 'iPad' technology on cars, but might be in the minority, I guess.
