So instead of building an S6, I found one that has a lot of what I want but a lot of extra as well such as the Alcantara Headliner. My biggest issue is that I will not actually be able to drive it and will purchase it with just pictures and videos and have it shipped (Crazy?) My question is those of you who have the headliner do you love it? Is it too much? Hard to tell from the pictures if it is worth $3k.

The car is a Sepang, Prestige, sports package, Black Alcantara Headliner, Drivers Assist package, Black Optic Package and Carbon Atlas inlays and Audi Beam Rings.

I would probably rather have the Band and Olefson over the headliner but wanted to get everyone's thoughts on if the headliner is cool or too much like **** carpet.

They are offering me 6% off and $1500 financing incentive but I have to pay $800-$1000 to have it shipped in an enclosed trailer...

Thanks. I am excited and nervous about spending that much on a car that I have not even driven the actual car...

Another bad thins is I can't trade in my car or have to pay another $1k to have it shipped...

My honest opinion. When I went to order mine. If the dealer had one like I wanted but had $3000 in stuff I didn't care about ... I would have taken it vs 3 month wait.

I can't comment on the headliner as haven't seen it. Saw in r8 forum though people saying how great it is.

i already replied to you about headliner -i wouldn't order myself but i got a car with it and i like it. Financially I had similar deal and as you can see I accepted it and enjoying my s6 now.
