Default Ordered an S6, ended up coming home in an s7

So I've been looking at S6s for a few months. I finally went into the dealership and like many wasn't able to see one, let alone drive one. I did drive the A6, looked at options, colors, etc. Came back home and read all the reviews and read this forum.
Few weeks of this and building online, went back to the dealership and ordered an S6 prestige - Sports package, comfort seats, black optics, carbon fiber inlays in Tornado Gray. All without ever havin driven an S6. Expecting an Xmas present.

Few weeks pass, and Ive now got the bug but have read just about every article and relevant post here. I'm worried a bit that my interior is too 'black' and one tone. Got a call last Friday that an S7 has come in and the person who ordered it backed out. I can come in and drive the 4 liter twin turbo engine I've read so much about.
It ended up love at first sight. Blew my planned budget bi could not be happier with my new car. Can't believe I didn't start with an S7 in the first place. I love the aesthetics of this car!
And have enjoyed driving it as much as I can with only 150 miles so far.
Here are a few cell phone pics. pics. I'll get a few with a real camera in good light. The Audi Exclusive interior detail is amazing.
Daytona gray
Black / Crimson audi exclusive interior
Sports package
21" black optics package
Driver assist

Am I crazy?

Is that a flat bottomed steering wheel ?

No you're not crazy, your S6 would have been just great, your S7 IMO is greater !

Default Congratulations….

… I am not sure you can find any twisty roads in Houston to really enjoy your new car's dynamics… come to the mountains of Southern California….

The S7 is gorgeous and as long as you don't need the commodious seats in the S6, you haven't given up a thing.

Happy Motoring

Eric

It is a flat bottomed steering wheel - with red stitching no less. Here's a better picture.
