Hi guys just got a 2013 s7. Its a great car but noticing that if you press the gas from a stop the car kind of jerks forward then gets going. Thats happened to me before and once it was so bad the car did not move for a few second the shot forward i almost got t-boned because i wasnt expecting that to happen. Im wondering if thats normal because ive read online about the transmission not being very smooth.

Sounds like the well documented throttle lag issue. Search for that and get the TSB to get it fixed.

Technical service bulletin. Check the S6 forum for "The definitive word on throttle lag"

After a long time, the cars coming back tomorrow or the day after. Supposedly some crazy named part that controls the transmission needed replacement. When I get it back I'll see if it's completely fixed but after 2 years things are already needing replacement im starting to get worried.
