Does your 2017 A4 make to clicks when you press the gas?
I just noticed that my 2017 A4 makes 2 clicks (you can hear it and feel it) down by the gas/brake pedals when I press on the gas to go after the car has been off for awhile. Is this normal?
I searched on the internet and all I found was other users saying this was an ABS check?
Should I bring it into the dealer? Car only has 40 miles on it.

I don't get the clicks when I start out just by pressing on the accelerator, I get them when the car hits 26 mph for the first time, then it never happens again for that trip.

Yup. It doesn't happen when you start off. Only after the car has reached a certain speed (I haven't noticed the speed since I didn't think of correlating it with the speed). It can be startling since it isn't expected from any car. I thought it was a fault in my car but luckily, everyone seems to have it in their A4s.

The threshold speed is very clearly 40km/h... or I guess 26.3mph if your car has an imperial speedometer. One clicking-type sound from the brake system.

Yes. I checked today. It happens around the 26mph mark. It would definitely catch people off guard, especially since it is a new car and this makes it seem like there is something wrong with the car.

I'm having same issue, it makes sound around 25mph, my car has only 63miles as of today. Can any point what would be the issue ? i will call up the dealership and see whats the issue.

Call the dealer if your car DOESN'T make the clicks.
