Quick question regarding the towing option.

1- is it the electric hidden one? (i don't trust my dealerships answers....)
2- can it be installed after?
3- in canada its 550$... i can still add it, would it help resale value?

3 worth the 550. I don't tow anything at the moment, but I would kick myself if I needed to but didn't order my car with it

If you think even for a second that you would ever use the hitch then get it for the $550 cost vice $2k after. The entire rear bumper must be R&R to access the mounting points.

Installing after is expensive. Hitch itself includes the hitch and diffuser $1800. Labor to install by Audi (they have to do some programming), I was quoted $800.

I am kicking myself because we purchased a car at the port that was perfect in every way except that it doesn't have the tow hitch. Now I guess we will be paying the price for making that decision....

me too... tempted to trade in since I originally got such a good deal but I would still lose a lot of money.

Just called my dealer to see if the option can be added, fingers crossed!
if i remember correctly production only starts in april so we should be good.
