Default Part numbers for Pistons/rings for CAEB?

While I can live with a quart of oil every 300 miles, its less than ideal for the car I'm sure... (i tested compression at 130 in each cylinder for what its worth)

So I've decided I am going to crack it open and change the rings (and pistons, I assume) myself. While I am there do the chains/tensioners and poke around at anything else

Question is, what are the right part numbers for the pistons and rings, and where can I get them?

Audi OEM (from Audi) are $400+ for pistons and rings per cyclinder when I looked.

Is there other options? Also, if I do source OEM, do I then need new connecting rods (bigger wrist pin)?

Are there options from other sources?

If i found a use engine block with pistons and rings from a 2012+ would I be able to use my current head, and is that new enough to resolve the wear?

I am not familiar with what needs to be done for the oil consumption fix, but here is a start.

You may do some Googling for a guidance.

I have a 2012 that had the oil consumption issue, so I would not buy that engine block. Thankfully in my case everything was covered by AoA.

If you have records from an Audi dealer that stage 1 fix was not sufficient to resolve the problem then Audi should honor the warranty to do stage 2. I would call AoA.
