- Fresh Pentosin CHF-11s power steering fluid
- Eaton Synthetic Supercharger Fluid changed every other oil change(6k)
- Washed at least once per week in a heated water wash bay. Zaino Bros. polish and sealants are the products I put on her.
- all the usual odds and ends

Things that need finished/repaired/replaced:

AV system - faceplate needs fabbed, and only running with the front door speakers.

Brakes - Upgraded to S4 rear slotted, fronts should be upgraded as well.

Broke 3 tabs in the center console while removing it, it doesn't fit right and needs replaced/fixed.

The plastic trim in the trunk needs replaced

There is a small tear in the drivers side seat. Approx. 2 inches long(they all tear here)

Rear Differential seals are weeping(common, easy fix)

Check Engine Light is on sometimes due to:
A) The secondary Air injection system is garbage. It is CEL prone from the factory
B) Disconnected VVT.........engine modification due to the supercharger, you can plug it back in, and the code won't pop up again. reason behind unplugging these sensors:

Other than those things, this car needs nothing! It has received only the best care and parts from myself and a select few factory certified mechanics.

I also have a UUC short shifter in a box somewhere in my garage. To add to that, I have a whole **** ton of parts that can go along if you desire.

The 18" DPE R07s wheels may or may not come with the car. Can be negotiated. One of them needs sent back to DPE for repair. They are wrapped in Toyo Proxes 4 tires that have about 30% tread left.

I have invested over 15k in modifications/upgrades for this car. Blue book value is at $11,650. Seeing as how this vehicle has been reconstructed, and now has an R branded title, the value is reduced. I think 10k is a very reasonable price for such a great car. I have pictures and invoices documenting the repair process and all the paperwork to show that this vehicle has been rebuilt to OEM standards. The unibody was straightened by a professional repair facility. All repairs made to the body were done by the book. There was no suspension damage, and only the trunk floor required straightening. It was totaled out because of a moderate rear end collision. I replaced the rear center body panel, taillight panels, straightened the trunk floor and quarters, replaced the decklid, tails, and bumper. There was no suspension damage and it didn't even break the rear windshield. I had the uni-body professionally straightened, and used all OEM sheet metal, plastics, and repair procedures. Basically.....I did it right.
