Default 2000 TT Quattro 1.8t 180hp Horrible Whining/Whirling/Squealing

Ok. So this noise has always been somewhat present since a month after buying the car about 4 yrs ago. Starting with just a flashing oil light, Recently my cluster went bat **** crazy and threw every light it has at me with the exception of a couple, then my traction control and abs have stopped working completely.. At about the same time, this noise got a lot louder, and started happening more often (like every time i drive the car). It happens;

Regardless of temperature
In gear or neutral
Starting around 2000 rpm
with no loss of power or boost
Coming from (I think) Passenger side close to dash.
Only when the car is moving, never at idle or when parked.
Doesn't seem to change much with rpm at all.
Starts to taper off around 70mph

In the last 2 yrs repairs include;
front & rear pads, rotors, calipers,
Timing belt tensioner, water pump, etc.
New thicker down pipe & flex, got rid of cat.
rear springs, 2 cooling fans, alternator,
various vacuum lines/hoses,
rear control arms, thermostat, stem, & housing.

ALL WITH NO CHANGE TO THIS NOISE.

Here are the codes. (surprisingly not that many for all the warning lights going off on the cluster)

Here is a video of the noise while driving, shifting from gear to neutral, accelerating, and coasting. Please Help!! I've been combing through forums for a couple years and still haven't found anything that has pointed me in the right direction. Thanks for any help!!

That is something in your driveline since it changes with speed. Something is dragging. You need to give it a good inspection with the wheels off.

Default Thank you!

Thanks for your reply. I'm gonna bet your spot on with that. Sadly I know there is No way I should attempt this repair myself. im also getting a shuddering from a stop in first when i start to let off the clutch and accelerate. Does this in combination with the winding point toward anything more specific? Center bearing? Also started noticing that my clock in the cluster resets every 4 or so times i start the car... is there a chance that there is a problem with a ground somewhere causing the cluster to go bonkers, and maybe not a bad cluster?

Electrical issue for sure, maybe noise or a problem affecting the Can bus. You need to start to isolate circuits. Take what you can out of service by pulling fuses.

What happens when you kill the power to the audio?

Nothing happens when I kill the audio. When the brake light started flashing and the abs/traction stopped working I yanked that fuse out with no change.

Any fuses I shouldn't pull? Some of them sound pretty important...
