Default Cambelt change

Hi had cambelts and water pump changed at 72000 she's now on 95000 ish read a few posts saying every 60000 is this bout rite.

Default Change at 60K or 5 years, whichever comes first

Soooo; is this a statement or a question? Please specify units of measure. Having a location listed would help. Engine type as well.
