Default Please help with headlight adjust.

Hello. New to the forum and new to the Audi community. My first Audi is a beautiful TT 2002 Quattro 225

Now my issue: the lights where really low so I decided to do it manually. And of course as you understand one adjustment is not working anymore. What can I do? I read that I can open the headlight and put back the screw but I don't really understand so please guys I REALLY need your help.

Thank you so much

Dimitris

HID's should adjust electronically based on suspension deflection. There is a load sensor on the (North American) driver's front suspension. Look for a rusted off linkage lever or similar failure. Broken wires etc. Diagnostic scan will help using Ross-Tech VCDS or the real deal that dealers use. Don't waste your time or ours with a cheap OBD scan tool.

So even if the manual adjuster is broken the auto adjuster will still work?

I read somewhere that if the manual adjuster pops out, you can fix it be removing the bumper, take the headlight out and try to put the adjuster back in place. Does anyone knows how to do that so he can gi e me some more info?

Thanks
