Default reputable rebuild shops

so my newly purchased 2004 tt lost oil pressure while i was driving her around town. granted she did have an oil leak from the front main seal. but i keep oil in her for the short drive to the car wash. seems now i have a rod knock. this is a 225 bea engine code. can anyone recommend a place to get my engine rebuilt in the houston area. i have a place that quoted me $4700 to pull rebuild and put back in which seems like a fair price. but i was also looking at stroker kits but doesnt look like they will work on the bea block. im new to this car and i have google searched but i see the difference between blocks, why the 180 is different than the 225 stuff like that. but any help will help for a point in the right direction.
