Default Throttle body mechanical malfuction

Hey guys... hope somebody can advise me what to do, since im dealing with an huuge problem.. About 3 months ago we`ve been changing a clutch on out 1999 TT.. 1.8T front wheel drive, AKL engine if i remember right, so week after that an EPC light appeared on dashboard, and car wont rev on 2000rpm.., but some times car starts without an error and then its good to drive until you turn it off, especially its starts after a night stay. The computer is showing P1568 Throttle body mechanical mulfuction and P0134 O2 sensor. So we`ve changed o2 sensor, no changes. We`ve tried switching throttle body from working TT, no changes. Bought another throttle just in case, no changes. Checked wiring between throttle body and ECU, all fine, checked many times.. checked wiring from O2 sensor to ecu. Checked MAF sensor and wiring. And many more things, dont even remember already ) So we`ve decided that ECU is broken, since it was also not possible to adapt a throttle, even to connect to it, with an original computer, also tried couple random times, just shows ERROR when trying to connect to it. And sended the ECU to fix to United kingdom, some company that friend of mine were dealing for many years, so kind of trusted. Aand they said computer was burned and reason it happens some shortcuts on a car, so it came back, we`ve put in on a car and its still the same. Sended back, they said everything is fine, and now i got "working" ECU back, and car still acts the same. WHAT NOW GUYS? :? :? :?
Thanks in advane!
And sorry for a long post and my bad english

Take/tow to an Audi dealer and pay them to fix it. Not worth spending any more time on it since you replaced so much more than once.

I have seen where the oxygen sensor heater circuit shorts to ground (either wiring or sensor) and causes the throttle control part of the ecu to be destroyed, so no throttle and throttle faults, along with oxygen sensor codes.
