Default Why won't my Airbag sit flush?

I ordered a new Airbag after my old one was throwing a fault code, and neither the old one nor the new one will sit flush, even before I removed it.

The new airbag doesn't throw any codes, so at least it will go off in a crash.

I would still like it to sit flush, as horn won't even sound if I push on it, So somethings not right.

Only you can tell by close inspection of the commonelement,; the steering wheel or it's steering column mount. Look at the back side of the horn button/airbag for marks of the obstruction.
