I just recently got my Audi and I took it down to my mechanics shop to check out the underside. We then saw that both rear shocks are blown out. I have already called the dealership stating that they missed some huge things in their inspection and hope they will make it right.

However, in the mean time I am trying to find rear shocks. I have the magnet ride suspension and just by looking online, I dont think I can drop 1200 after I just bought the car.

So I wanted to know 3 things if possible. Can i replace the rear struts and get shocks w/o the magentic ride? If so, what shocks should I buy? If not, where can I find shocks with the magnetic ride.

I'm hoping to hear someone reply also...I have the same issue with both my front and rear suspension....and I'm not overly concerned about losing the magnetic ride if it saves me $1500.
