Tts launch control DROP in revs?

Tts launch control DROP in revs?
Hey guys so I've had my tts for 3 months now and when ever I try to use launch control it doesn't work. Have tc off in sport mode or manual it doesn't work. And the revs go to like 1500 then drop and drop. Possibly a leak?

The procedure is fairly straight forward. The car needs to be at operating temperature (engine and transmission). Then ....
1. ESC in Sport mode or off.
2. Transmission in S auto or S manual.
3. Steering wheel straight.
4. Step on the brake pedal hard. You need to put some good pressure on it.
5. Full throttle, let the rpms settle
6. Let go off the brake pedal
