It's not a huge deal. It is possible. Just more of a hassle. I think you can pay companies about $2K to take care of all the paperwork for you.
When our dollar was at par it was really good to buy from the USA, but right now our dollar is 1.3 vs the USD to everything in the US is 30% more expensive, so either way we get the short end of the stick
It's not only Audi that does it too.
Our company wanted to get the new Tacoma, double cab short box.... USA no problem, Canada naw you can only have the long box with a double cab. If you really want the short box with double cab you can have it in a manual. ha ha so ridiculous.

Very nice car Iain and especially in white. How many kms are you planning to run her in for? (I ordered mine yesterday and am hoping for a delivery within 2 weeks)
