How to Replace cap for tow hook

I'm doing track days with Audi club NW and would like to mount the tow hook as a precaution. But I haven't found any guidance on getting the plastic cap back on once your done.
Any help or reference?

Once you take it off, you'll see how it goes back on.

Thanks, but that video is for a license plate holder and doesn't show how to get the cap back on. I did find one that gets to my question finally:
