Default Squeaky window

When I lower or raise my drivers window it squeaks like crazy. Anyone know what I can use to stop this. Thanks

Keep your door, trunk, hood and window seals from prematurely cracking and aging with Gummi Pflege Stick!

I had the same problem. When I washed the car I got the window good and soapy. Then ran the window up and down several times. I repeated the process twice just to make sure. So far, it has been a week and the squeak is gone.

Yes, squeaky clean windows (contextual pun intended) go without saying, but good to say none the less. Again, treat the seals for a more enduring solution.

I think that the felts and rubber that are in the window track had gotten dirty causing the squeak. I could see no other way to get a cleaning solution down into the door. Running the window up and down with soapy water did just that. It really has nothing to do with treating the seals. I know my car is brand new and should not have a squeaky window from dried out seals. I will keep all the seals that are exposed to the sun and weather treated as needed over time.
