Default 02 or cat..still trying to diagnose

Still trying to diag:
16804 - Catalyst System; Bank 1: Efficiency Below Threshold
P0420 - 002 - Lower Limit Exceeded - MIL ON

I tried the link below and I know I posted a few posts down, but I didn't get results according to the test

My #'s for step 4 jumped around with the last bit ( circled in red) Does this mean that my sensor is bad?

<img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/35192/vaglogcat1.jpg">

In all cases my B1S1 and B1S2 =ok

Not sure what that means.Please help in determining if it's my 02 or cat? What other test can I do to determine what's wrong? thanks for your help<ul><li><a href="https://forums.audiworld.com/vag/threads/3844.phtml#13063">VAG log testing for 0420</a></li></ul>

Default if this is for your 02 A4 1.8t the catalyst is covered untill 8yrs/80k miles...

under a federal emissions warranty. The cat is most likely your problem.

Default It was the cat
