I have no idea what to do about the ABS Controller one, I reset it and it comes right back. It doesn't give me any error messages or lights in the instrument cluster either. As for the Secondary Air Induction System, I'm thinking the secondary air pump might be bad again, I had it replaced a few months ago but I don't know what code it threw last time. This code takes a couple of days to come back and gives me the CEL. Below is the data from VAG. Thanks!

The following is a very useful link. It queries the main VAG-COM mailing list/form on Yahoo (over 12000 messages) for a particular DTC. As you can see, 16975 is a very common problem on a variety of cars.
