esp set to off?

is there a setting for the b6 that will keep the esp off when i turn on the car.. so that if i want esp on, i have to turn it on.

getting sick of hitting the esp button every time i start my car

Supposedly done on a VW Jetta

I have heard that someone with a VW Jetta was able to do it but I have no idea how.

I would think that it's a relay switch - like the foglamp mod (B5 A4/S4)
