Help! Vag-Com still won't work. It seems to test OK but when I do the actual
pulling of codes it gets no response from any of the controllers. It tries each 4 times. What is wrong?

Yes I am a customer, and I guess I'll call. I usually find it easier to troubleshoot with help
from other people on these forums. Someone usually seems to know the answer.
