Interesting email that I just got, any other VAG-COM locator participants get it?

Hurts my head trying to read it, but from what I gather they're looking for distributors of their new scan tool. Only place I can think of that they got my address is from the VAG-COM locator webpage.

This is not a scan tool, this tool does EEPROM modifications for a very small range of modules.
These are specific for Golf/Jetta MK4 and Passat 3B/B5 models, once more this has nothing to do with a diagnostic tool.
These people are doing their advertising trial and error, I also got a mail from them.
