"VAG-COM > Select > 37 - Navigation" does not work? Other control modules (e.g. engine) work?

Yes it do, its only navigation and telephone i dont get contact with, but the navigation does not work at all. If the navigation has failed the fail should show on vag-com shouldnt it?

There is not a fuse there only for the navigation, but its orginal navigation. When i buyed this car he said it was working but i didnt check it and now i want to try nothing work on this navigation, can it be the cluster or is it some programing failure? the car was without power in 2 months, can that be a reason?
