Default Navigation Issue - Scanned By VCDS

Hello All

I have Audi A8 , 2007, I'm facing an issue with the navigation system, Its not working at all.

I used VCDS to scan the car and I find the below Faults:

Actually I'm Confused a little , I don't know how to fix the navigation issue ..

do I have to replace the Nav. DVD? or is there any other actions I have to take.

Sometimes simply removing, cleaning and reinserting the DVD in the drive will clear read error faults. I emphasize the word "sometimes"and YMMV!

Next step would be to clear the faults and test with known good media to see if the faults reappear. No faults=>bad media, new faults=>possible bad drive.

I tried different media but the same..

I got used DVD drive with different SW number "4E0 910 887 L" I dont know if its going to work or it needs some configuration to be done .
I'm going today to install & test it
