Rear view camera mystery
I made a few VCDS changes today and now the "virtual car" image has disappeared in MMI when I place it in reverse. I still have the parking sensor icons but no "virtual car." The only thing I can think of is that somewhere in the depths of VCDS I saw that a box was checked that identified my car as an A7, not an A6, and I changed it to A6. Can't imagine that would have done it. Any ideas?

If I am repeating old news, then my apologies in advance.
Assuming you have a relatively recent version of VCDS, I suggest you check the Codinglog.txt file, in the Ross Tech >VCDS>Debug directory of the laptop you use for VCDS. It has a record of all changes you have made, and is handy in cases like this where you need to review the items that have been tweaked.
