Default Requested Boost and Actual Boost

Hi Everyone.

How close should these two figures be??

I have something like 200mBar or MORE difference between them, the Actual Boost is always lower than the requested boost.
I know that the Turbo's produce Boost from about 3000-3500 and up.


Does this indicate a problem, leak, faulty N75?
I have checked the TBB (it is Good) and just replaced the BPV's.

Here is what I am seeing with VAG-Com,

Default looks lie a boost leak...graph the two curves in excel to get a chart like this...

I built a leak tester today, so this weekend I am on the hunt for leaks, Fingers crossed I can find one, or all of them and be back to 100%
