Just received my cable and cleared all my misfire codes but still have this one.

It means you should check fault codes at address 11-Engine II
The RS4 has two ECUs, one for each cylinder bank.
01-Engine is ECU number 1.
11-Engine II is ECU number 2.
On the Select Control Module screen, click the Chassis tab, then you'll find the button for 11-Engine II.
